New May 2010: Ang'L Brackets provide added flexibility on lump configurations.  Set-up 1/4 to 3/4 of the firebox for lump on small grilling cooks.  Partition the firebox for direct or indirect set-ups.  Made with 14 gauge stainless steel and 3.5 inches tall.  Each bracket weighs approximately one pound.  Use as lump scoops too.  Sold in Pairs.  Made in the USA.

We put this Accessory Pack to get you off on the right foot.  Pack includes many of the common pieces needed to wok.  The 8x10 Wok Ring holds the wok outside the cooker.  The Wok Lid is for covered dishes.  Use the 18" wooden spoon to stir the cook.  Wood won't scratch the seasoning!  Use the 15" metal spoon to remove the food after wokking.  Heat a little water in the wok and use the palmyra bristle brush to scrub the wok clean.

The Grid slides on the XL Rig's Slide Guide or rests on the XL Crossbars.  The wire is 0.187-inch diameter, EPQ quality, round bar and Electro-polished for an improved surface finish,  The 16"x20" Oval Grid weighs over 3 pounds.  Made in the USA. We had this Stone specially sized to create an indirect set-up on the XL Spider, Xl Woo3 or XL Adjustable Rig. NOT recommended for use on the Large cooker set-up.  Add the Stone atop the XL Rig to create an elevated platform for XL size pizzas.  Ceramics are high refactory mullite/cordierite formulas. The Stone is 5/8-inch thick.  Made in the USA. $4 packing fee will be added to the shipping cost to cover special packaging requirements.  Stone weighs over 10 pounds.

19" wide wok for XL.  Fits XL Spider ring and XL Woo2's small ring.  Wokking can be a great change of pace cook.  Made from thin carbon steel.  Needs to be seasoned to prevent rust.  XL and Xl Woo2 not included. Imported from China.  

20-inch Stainless Round Cooking Grid for use atop the XL Adjustable Rig.  The outer ring and center support wire are 0.250-inch round bar.  The 24 crosswires are 0.187-inch stainless round bar.  Wire thicknesses are similar to the BGE XL grid.  The stainless is EPQ, 304 stainless steel.  The grid is electro-polished for improved performance and durability.  Made in the USA.   Grid weighs over 4 pounds.
