New May 2010: Ang'L Brackets provide added flexibility on lump configurations.  Set-up 1/4 to 3/4 of the firebox for lump on small grilling cooks.  Partition the firebox for direct or indirect set-ups.  Made with 14 gauge stainless steel and 3.5 inches tall.  Each bracket weighs approximately one pound.  Use as lump scoops too.  Sold in Pairs.  Made in the USA.

Combo includes Flip3 Ring, XL Spider and 21.5-inch Nickel Plated Grid.  Use the Flip3 Ring "down" to set the XL porcelain grid at the felt line. Use the Flip3 Ring "up" to set the 21.5 Nickel Plated Grid 4.5 inches above the felt line.  Use the XL Spider to hold the 16-inch Ceramic Stone and 18-inch Drip Pan for one or two grid indirect cooks. Or use the XL Spider to hold a cast iron grid closer to the lump for searing or blackening cooks.  XL Spider drops approximately 1.25 inches into the fire ring when places in the dimples.  When placed in the notches, the drop is approximately 2.0 inches. We put this Accessory Pack to get you off on the right foot.  Pack includes many of the common pieces needed to wok.  The 8x10 Wok Ring holds the wok outside the cooker.  The Wok Lid is for covered dishes.  Use the 18" wooden spoon to stir the cook.  Wood won't scratch the seasoning!  Use the 15" metal spoon to remove the food after wokking.  Heat a little water in the wok and use the palmyra bristle brush to scrub the wok clean.

NOT recommended for use on the Large cooker set-up.  Add the Stone atop the XL Rig to create an elevated platform for XL size pizzas.  Ceramics are high refactory mullite/cordierite formulas.
