All USA orders ship via parcel services (UPS, FedEx) and utilize tracking numbers. The general guidelines are as follows:
1. We only ship to addresses matching the address on file with your payment method. Contact us if the addresses do not match.
2. Orders only ship to physical addresses. Orders will not ship to PO Boxes.
3. In stock items normally ship within 2 business days. Delays in processing can occur with holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to post delays on the website. With pending orders, we will notify you via email when your orders ships or if delays occur.
4. Special orders will ship when fabricated. You will receive and email with an estimated ship date.
5. Shortages in shipments need to be reported to us within 48 hours. Please email us.
6. All items ship within the USA are shipped FOB shipper. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace it or refund the item’s price. All we ask is that you ship the damaged item back to us at your expense.
7. Alaska and Hawaii require special shipping, typically via USPS. Contact us prior to ordering for shipping options and cost.
8. CANADA: We can ship to Canada using the United States Post Office, USPS. Just note there is no tracking ability. For all orders shipped outside the United States, you (buyer) are responsible for all duties, taxes, or other expenses related to importing the merchandize. Orders shipped outside the USA are shipped FOB shipper and buyer is responsible for shortages or damage caused by carriers. |
