Tips and Techniques for the Large Woo3
The Large Woo3 can be flipped upside down to hold the large 18" grid. One reason to flip the Woo3 is if you need to have a grid directly on the fire ring. An inverted Woo3 is pictured below left.

Pictured above right, the 16" Round Ceramic Stone fits atop the Woo3 Extender and Woo3. The Stone is 3+ inches above the felt line. It's a tight fit for the 13"x17" Oval Stone on the Woo3 Extender, so it's not recommended. We do not recommend setting either the 16" Round or 13"x17" Oval Stone near the felt line (atop the Woo3/grid).
A 10"x15" roasting pan fits under the Woo3 Extender. It's a nice way to catch dripping to flavor veggies and such. It's pictured below left.

Pictured above right is a reminder to keep the Woo3 out of the dimples when using the 13"x17" Oval Stone. Having the legs sitting out of the dimples (directly on top of the fire ring) provides the 1/2" vertical opening along the Stone's oval edge.
If you are looking for a simple yet effective way to raise the grid for direct or indirect cooking, have a need to do the occasional two grid cook or cook high in the dome, then the Large Woo3 pieces are a logical consideration. Chances are, after a couple cooks, you’ll come to appreciate the versatility of the pieces and simplicity of the set-ups.
